Application requirements include former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed. Building Management has strict occupancy rules: 2 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 2 children. No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo, only on the balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking, guest will be charged the whole amount of security deposit. Check-in is strictly from 4pm to 10pm and is done by us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you are arriving after 10pm, notify us immediately. Check-out is at 11am. Missing streaming devices or remotes after departure will incur a $100 charge per missing item. No visitors or guests are permitted in the condo at any time during stays shorter than 28 days. Unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Absolutely no loud music, parties, or altercations with building security or staff, or it will result in immediate eviction with no refund and a $150 fine.
