As a guest, you will have access to the gym and pool available from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and the SPA, for which reservations are required. Paid valet parking is provided by the building with rates based on the duration of stay and a $2 gratuity fee. The valet parking will only fit regular size vehicles, and oversized vehicles won't have space to be parked. If your vehicle is larger than the standard size, please contact us before making the reservation.
The residence is located within the “30-minute live-work-play circle,” making it perfect for both leisure and business purposes. You can conveniently move around by public transportation or taxi. It's 0.9 miles to Bayside, 3 miles to Wynwood, 3.5 miles to Design District, and 5 miles to South Beach.
The use of cell phones or any electrical devices is strictly prohibited in the wet areas of the building, and failure to comply may result in a daily fine of $200 USD. The apartment is strictly non-smoking, and violation of this rule will lead to a $300 fine. Early check-in is subject to availability, and a fee will be charged at the time of check-in only in cash. The apartment is not equipped with a heating system. For your arrival, towels, two toilet paper rolls, small shampoo, and soap are provided, but replenishing these items is not included.
