Horrible management

Maintenance doesn't fix anything. Had the same issue from move in refuse to be fixed. Cost less money fixing myself than it did waiting for repairs

Terrible. Absolutely terrible.

Honestly, if I could give this place zero stars I would. This is the first time I have ever taken the time to write a review for anything, but I feel I must share how terrible this place is. This place is not worth your money, I promise you that.

The manager (Donte) is the worst. You will hate him. I don't even know how he got hired. Management sucks. Tiny rooms. Extremely dangerous garage. Don't resolve any issues. Greedy, greedy, greedy!! Take your money every chance they get, even for stuff...
you didn't do. Make you find someone to take over your lease if you want to cancel and make you pay 85% of rent as a relet fee. If you don't find anyone, they make you keep paying rent. Worst experience of my life & huge disappointed. Do not be fooled, save yourself the rage & disappointment.

Average Apartment, Poor Management, High Price

If you are moving here because the complex is close to campus, you are better off driving from a better complex. There are a limited amount of parking spaces available for $60 (extra a month). The garage is dangerous and poorly maintained.

Apartments rooms are small. The industrial carpet is just softer than concrete. I had go into the general living space to access my bathroom. Apartment suffers from poor acoustics and poor layout.

Website is often outdated and does not always provide the...
most accurate information. Friendly front desk staff but poor management.
Complex had major structural reconstruction a few months after opening.
It's a place to live, but not worth the Miami price tag.

Amazing apartment.

As a college student, I was skeptical about moving to a whole new state and not finding the perfect apartment but then I came across 4th street commons. A newly built apartment building with amazing amenities offered to their residents. The apartment is overlooking the beautiful City of Miami and the beautiful campus Florida International University. The apartment is great size, included with furniture and electronics, cable and wifi included as well as sewer, water and trash. Electricity is... included but with a cap per month. It is truly an amazing apartment building with many things to offer to their resident such as the beautiful pool and barbecue area, lounge, theatre room, computer rooms and mini stores that sell food and other household items. The people who work here make your experience enjoyable by always trying their best to serve you to the best of their ability. Many stores are near by and walking distant. It is a great place to live and beautiful. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone moving to Florida.
