Units are run down. Paint isn't fresh, it looks like walls were primed and not followed up by paint. Cabinets are falling apart.

Amli Joya is first class. Nothing compares. The architecture is beautiful. We owned a condo on Key Biscayne for 10 years and bought another in the Brickel area. Amli Joya is beyond comparison
