Doral Gardens Apartments

Get this advice, do not leave in this condo. I'm a current resident and I can't wait to get out of there. 100 rules that they just implement without informing first and none of the rules is to benefit the residents. They make everything harder and management is nasty and unhelpful. Worse apartment condo with wore management I have ever encountered.

You have only 4 overnight passes PER MONTH. In other words if your mom visit you, she can only stay 4 nights, then her car will be towed. If another person visit you in the same month, he CAN NOT STAY overnight. Pool has been closed more time than opened since I moved here. Every time it rains there will be a flood. Last heavy rains there was a flood where more than 20 cars were damaged. STAY AWAY!

Solo dan 4 pases nocturnos POR MES. En otras palabras, si tu mamá te visita, ella solo puede... quedarse 4 noches, entonces su automóvil será remolcado. Si otra persona lo visita en el mismo mes, NO PUEDE QUEDARSE durante la noche. La piscina ha estado cerrada más tiempo que abierta desde que me mudé aquí. Cada vez que llueve habrá una inundación. Terrible service. No one informs you of how parking is or any of the amenities that come with the condominium. There is little to no parking in thr Doral Gardens visitor parking. You are given one parking space and if you have two cars and there is no parking in the visitors the security will say you meed to find parking OUTSIDE of the complex. Whether you live there or not. You have to pay a 70 dollar money order to use the two pools that belong to Doral gardens condos. The security is rude and... not helpful.
