elevators are down 24/7 have fun taking the stairs everyday
1. Lost Move-In Deposit and first months rent
When we moved in, the management team misplaced our $3,900 move-in deposit, forcing us to pay it again. This was a huge inconvenience, and we have still not received reimbursement from our bank.
2. Elevator Problems on Move-In Day
We were told to move into our apartment at a specific time, only to find that none of the elevators were working. This caused us to incur extra charges from... our movers. Management promised to reimburse us for the additional hour we had to pay for, but we’ve yet to see that reimbursement.
3. Lost Packages
Even though we pay a monthly fee for the packaging system, multiple packages have been lost by the management team. This has been frustrating and has caused unnecessary hassle replacing important items.
4. Repeated Appliance Issues
• The fridge has broken over 10 times, resulting in spoiled food each time.
• The dishwasher has also broken more than 10 times, causing constant inconvenience.
