This building is poorly managed. We moved in four months ago and to this date they have been unable to do basic facilities maintenance, the parasols from the building are missing to this date, the parking is poorly managed, they create a system of fees and inconvenience to extract from residents, not to make life easy. Parking, for example is not assigned, poorly monitored, and the management company seems to have no record of current cars leading to tickets and wasted time for residents.

The... appliances in the apartment are of a third rate quality, the apartment is constantly big infested to which the buildings exterminator claims it’s normal in these types of building.

Again, promises were made, deadlines missed, and radio silence became the only response.
