Difficult to find a price like this.

The apartment complex I live in is called Puerta Del Sol. I believe it is mostly privately owned, at least my apartment is. For the price I pay, it's a pretty decent place. Older building so there's a bit of "Falling apart" issues, but they are dog friendly which is good, and hard to find around these parts. It's also a bit of a bad thing because of course, there are barking dogs everywhere. So by no means is this place quiet and peaceful. The typical "Miami" loud hispanic neighbors, paper-thin... ceilings/floors (I unfortunately live on the 1st floor). Security seems to be on top of things. I've been here almost a year and haven't had any issues in that department thankfully. Many bug issues, as always in Miami. But this complex and a lot of the apartments, including mine, could use a serious makeover.
