I love living here they keep the property clean. Unlike most apartments even more expensive ones these apartments the walk ways are wash down daily, no nasty black built up dirty walkways. The stair cases are washed down too, no urine in the stairwell. The grass is very well groomed. They faithfully host an event every holiday even dogs day they had a party at the dog park. The walls are washed down and clean. The turn around time for responding to a maintainace issue is normally the same day... with in the hour. My wife and I just moved here about a month ago and we absolutely LOVE it! The staff are so friendly and helpful. This place feels like a resort! We love how walkable the community is and how safe it feels.

The location is perfect for us as we still work in Miami, we are only 30 minutes away. This place doesn't just a feel like an apartment, but it feels like a community.

I’ve been living here for a really long time, at first it was good and I liked this place but right know for the money you have to pay here is not worth it, you can find somewhere else to live way more better than this condominium. The garbage is always full, the people that they are now accepting is not the best. The elevator sometimes get stuck, the AC is old and it doesn’t work to much.the gate door it’s a mission to open…, today I had to call because is frozen, it’s not the first time, and I... know it’s a holiday but it’s an emergency , let’s be real it’s not nice to live here in Florida without the AC, and specially today when it’s like 96f outside and my house it’s really hot, they put a phone number for emergency maintenance and I called but they didn’t help me that much, the only solution they gave was to turn it off which we did since yesterday in the morning and still is frozen, this place is old and the AC needs to be replaced.

This place is one of the worst complex in miramar. The staffs are nice enough to move you in and thats it. I moved into my place and not even a month in. I experienced mold and condensation all in my appartment. It took me to complain several times.. not to mention i and my child was sick behind it. The office barely cared to have my unit inspected for the problem. Instead the put a machinery in my place for days saying it was supposed to clear moisture in the air to fix the mold problem. Not to... mention my values also have mold on them and they didn’t even say anything about replacing it, when we were forced to pay renters insurance!! Only thing is nice is the leasing office. Which im sure is worth way more than the entire complex. Its a complete throw off. I would rather stay in the rent office before i pay rent to stay in my own unit. I never been so upset about something nor never was the type to write a review on a business. But im truly fed up with this place and so eager to move the hell out. I want to start by saying THANK YOU for your patience!! She worked hard to help me get the apartment I was dreaming of! There was a hiccup on moving day with the company not coming through with my order...but Linda pulled through ! We also had an issue with the hot water not staying hot for long, she wasted no time to request maintenance. Her personality is amazing! She made sure I was happy with EVERYTHING for my first apartment!!
