Miramar Lakes Apartments

This complex is very run down on the inside . There are many problems that come up and the property management does absolutely nothing. They don’t answer phones ( when confronted about it they said yes they know but don’t answer phones ) to email but then u email and they still don’t answer. Read the reviews before wasting ur money. This place is infested with roaches.the rent is too high for all of this . The least they can do is not paint over dirt and dead roaches before moving you in . Management has no clue of what’s going on. Such a lovely and pleasant community. Wonderful neighbors but poor management. Can never get a straight answer to my issues. I have never felt so belittled and insignificant in an apartment complex management. They don’t know how to communicate with their residents that’s why so many are leaving,

So far this community has been excellent! Beautiful environment, well maintained for the most part. Pool, Gym and community area are great! Enjoy living here!

Love the whole vibe of the apartment complex and all the staff are very friendly. The apartments themselves are beautiful! The gym is full size and the pool is simply beautiful

Really enjoying living here. It’s a quiet community and family & dog friendly.
Only cons I would add is the gate is open 24/7 and the speed at which cars enter the community. Other than that, it’s a nice place to be.
