There is a weight limit of 100 pounds. Aggressive breed dogs and exotic pets are prohibited. We do not allow visiting pets. A pet application must be submitted to PetScreening.com which will include a current veterinarian report stating age, weight, & up to date vaccinations for each animal as well as a picture.

Don’t move here. Leasing staff will lie about noise complaints. They did to me. Can’t wait to move out!

I’ve been living at Lago for over two years, and I’ve been very happy. The office staff is great, maintenance is top notch, and the property and amenities are beautiful.

We have been at Lago almost 4 yrs and it been just amazing. Clubhouse is always immaculate and staff are fantastic. We appreciate how well kept and clean the overall grounds are. Extremely well managed and we recommend Lago to anyone looking for quite living
and great amenities.
