Maintenance
I moved in on Wednesday of this week, Thursday morning I completed my walk thru list and turned back into the office. Friday morning, maintenance appears at my door ready to complete repairs from my walk thru list. I was totally surprised of turnaround time. This person was very professional and efficient. After each item, I was asked if met my approval before completing next item. I am very happy with my new apartment and the staff here.

Happy Tenants
I been here 6 years, the staff has always been professional and has resolve any type of issues! Thank you to the Maintenance guys, Juan, Raphael, Jose, Luis and Leo for installing our new A/C. The Lopez family is appreciate you f your hard work under the sun!
