Overall, I enjoy living in this community — it’s peaceful, well-maintained. However, the rent prices have become unbelievably high and no longer feel justified by what is offered. To retain long-term, loyal residents, it would be nice to see more reasonable pricing and real benefits for those who have been living here for years. It’s a good community, but the cost of living here is significantly overpriced.

Apartment is very nice. It's exactly what my family needs. The neighbor's are also very nice and respectful to each others space. The ladies in the office are also very pleasant and very professional. Alex in maintenance is very quick and accurate with his visit. I work from home and when he has to come over he very respectful of me while at work. The dumpster is never full for more then a day because it's always cleaned up. all in all very happy.

Living in ID Oakland Park has been such a blessing for our family! The staff is always kind and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about keeping the place running smoothly.
I’ve got to give a huge shoutout to the maintenance team. Those guys are always out and about, working hard to keep the grounds looking clean and well-kept.
One thing I really appreciate is the addition of the 5mph speed signs throughout the neighborhood. With so many kids walking, it’s great to see the community... taking safety seriously.
Pest control is also a nice bonus. It’s offered regularly and really helps keep the bugs out, especially in South Florida where critters love to sneak in!
We love taking our kids to the pool! Though I do wish the pool wasn’t heated during the summer months. Since it gets full sun all day, it already stays warm on its own, and a cooler dip would be much more refreshing when it's blazing hot out.
All in all, we’re proud to call this place home.
