Great place to live
I’ve lived here for 6 years and I absolutely love it! It’s quiet and the leasing office/maintenance staff are always nice and super helpful.

Affordable Comfort Living
I have resided at Maverick Trails Townhomes for four years and have had a consistently positive experience. The community is economically friendly, providing great value for the quality of living offered. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing environment. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
The staff, Melissa and Jessica are always pleasant and helpful, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. The... maintenance team is responsive and efficient, resolving any issues that arise in a timely manner. Additionally, I have not encountered any pest infestations during my time here, which speaks to the cleanliness and upkeep of the property.
Overall, I highly recommend Maverick Trails Townhomes to anyone seeking a comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained place to live.

Awesome
I moved in a short while ago and have been meaning to write a review. First off. the office staff is amazing. They were so helpful and everything they explained has turned out true. they helped me through the process....its been a long time since I've lived in an apartment and the staff Angie and Amanda both were patient and helpful about working with me. The maintenance has been helpful and I am in love with my flat. It is beautiful. My kids love it. The pool is an awesome upgrade from what I... am used to. Also I noticed over the few late nights I spent moving
and the nights since that it is so
peacefully quite here. I recommend to
anybody looking to live in the area to
check this place out. Also moving in was way less expensive then I expected. I never knew this complex was even here. It's right across from Ridgeview high, but
again it is very peaceful area and I am fortunate to stumbled across this great place.
