This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at Vista Cay Resort is your perfect home base for fun and relaxation. We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration for an extra fee, which needs to be booked in advance. Additionally, a "Pack 'N Play Crib" and a highchair are available for a one-time fee of 40.00 USD each.

Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property, with a risk of a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Late check-outs will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted, and any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited. Guests need access cards to use the clubhouse amenities, including the pool and hot tub, which can be picked up at the clubhouse between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM at no cost.
The condo is equipped with high-speed internet, making it remote work-friendly for those who need to stay connected during their stay.
SECURITY DEPOSIT

A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection.
