BEWARE When Applying Here
Julie, the CD, was super rude and condescending when I requested a refund of my application fees after waiting 2 weeks to hear back from anyone in their office and repeatedly attempting to reach them. Apparently, it's standard practice for them to actively ignore prospective residents that they label "dead leads" (her words).
Side note: this community is not non-smoking as I saw MANY smokers around the property and the pool. Also, I encourage you to seek out reviews as there are a ton of... unhappy residents due to noise and poor management, including having an F rating with the BBB.
