Arden Villas

Arden Villas itself is a very cozy and convenient place to live. It's within walking distance of many good restaurants, it's a 5-10 minute drive from campus, and the shuttle services are a definite plus! The rooms are very large (I live in a 2x2), the kitchen is a decent size, and the high ceilings make the apartment itself feel a lot more spacious. There is not a lot of storage options though, so I would definitely recommend bringing in your own. There is not a pantry, so I had to accommodate... for that lack of storage space for my dry goods.
However, Arden has a SERIOUS pest problem. My apartment was infested with German cockroaches, and I am still dealing with this problem. Management brushed it off at first, denying it was an infestation, until Massey confirmed it. The management staff itself does not seem to take tenant issues seriously unless you spam them with complaints. Apartment is nice. Big room and shared space. Can tell that the apartments are older but are still nice. Parking is hard to find at times. Need community grills.

Love it here, would recommend to people, no bugs in my studio and its a very cozy place. Never had any problems with food deliveries finding my building or anything of the sort

is been great honestly staff is friendly. the only downside is the cleaniness outside of the apartment there should be more pressure washing throughout the month.

Well built property, quiet, leasing office staff is great. Only issue is bugs (roaches/ants) and funky breezeway. In orlando bugs are inevitable but regular cleaning of the breezeway, halls, and power washing can make a dramatic diffrence. Gave an extra star because of how awesome the leasing office staff is.
