Covenant on the Lakes Senior Apartments

My great grandma has been here almost a year and I’ve noticed the people in the office have changed and they seem to be cracking down on security here or at least trying to. It’s quiet for the most part, but with my most recent stays with her, there’s been a bit more noise in the hallway, but overall not bad. I see cops in the area often so it makes me feel a little better too.

The cons: it smells a bit sour in and outside sometimes.

This place caters to the residence living here. There are daily activities, parties, community meetings, health fairs and also it has local police security during the day, nights and weekends. The staff is friendly, always helpful and the maintenance staff are willing to fix any problems quickly. The staff keeps the place clean and well maintained. The rent is affordable, the apartment is nice and is in a good location.

The roaches love the bathrm/kitchens. My livingroom window,covered in goop the whole yr.Didn't pk up trash until u turn them in.Officer wokers, leave early w/o notice.Visiting kids r excited about the pool, but definitely needs to tone it down. Lot of scooters. There are no balconies.,etc.
