Excelente comunidad. La administración en general es muy buena. Excelente mantenimiento de áreas comunes. Atienden los reclamos y problemas de manera eficiente y rápida. Solo faltaría modernizar los apartamentos y artefactos. De cualquier manera, muy recomendable.

The amenities are well kept, and the staff is very helpful. The free community events are a nice bonus. Maintenance is prompt is servicing any requests.

I have lived here for going on 4yrs I think. I truely enjoy my apt. It's in a great location, they are great with maintenance requests which are few and far between, the grounds are also impeccably kept, even after a big strom it's not long before the debris is cleared. Unless I move into a house of my own or leave Florida altogether I plan to stay here.
