Mercury 3100 Apartments

I am looking for an apartment in the Orlando area, and everyone here was very nice. I was given a tour by Andrew, and it was excellent. He really knew what he was talking about, and he was able to answer all of my questions.

Mercury has been since day one a slap in the face. You would expect a better quality of living for the money they charge. The apartments are awful, the furniture is terrible, and the cleanliness is literally a crime. And to make matters worse, they steal your money when you move out. I have been expecting a breakdown of the fees removed from my security deposit for the past month and nothing. The community itself is wonderful, but what stuck with me was Charlotte from the front office. She always puts a smile on people’s faces and is extremely helpful!

My daughter Charlotte adopted brother/sister kittens at 6 weeks old. The bedroom units are large enough to accommodate her growing kittens and ample space for them to play hide and seek. Tenets can enjoy apartment living with their fur babies, take walks around the grounds and close to stores. Catch the shuttle bus weekdays near the front office or take a few minutes drive to the UFC campus. Convenient visitor parking and overnight guests are welcome.

The apartment complex was very clean and tidy and felt like a very safe place to live. There’s lots of parking and places to be outside of the complex as well. The staff there are so amazing and helpful and when I was there I got assistance from a leasing employee named Charlotte. She helped me and gave me information about the apartment and how things were run.
