Overall good except the shocking rainwater leakage all around the house during the recent past hurricane which caused extreme discomfort as there were not enough preplanning from the maintenance team.
Amenities are really good, and we love it.

Nice condo in downtown Orlando. Our apartment is very bright and we have a big balcony. Something the Luminary Green Park can be noisy because of the events organized there or the music that they regularly or periodically put around the square.
