They keep the place pretty clean and the management is very polite and nice they are very quick and fixing everything and taking care of any problems

Living here for 1 year and a half and is a good place, quiet and peaceful. Mitzi and Hector are both amazing, taking care of everything, I can’t mention any home issues that have not been resolved quickly.
In the other hand I don’t like the thing that some neighbors are leaving Walmart carts everywhere, that’s sad, I had to move one today because was in the middle of the street, that could cause an accident… we have to be careful on what we do…

Still very shady to walk around at night. Several homeless encampments around the neighborhood. Will often see homeless people digging in the trash, or doing drugs by the pool area at night.

No hay limpieza en las áreas comunitarias ,falta mantenimiento en las luces de las áreas comunes , permiten el uso excesivo de fumar en cualquier área sin tener en cuenta la presencia de los niños .

A great place to live
I really appreciate the atmosphere of this place, the mature oaks really are beautiful and the architecture of the buildings is very classic. The staff are very kind and helpful when you need them. The neighborhood is very walkable with convenient shopping. Nearby is Lee Vista with more shopping, and the access to the rest of the city is easy.
