Terrible time and wish I never moved my kids here

It started off pretty well here in my apartment with tons of natural light and space. Unfortunately, the air conditioner broke in August and multiple requests were made to maintenance but no one came. I tried going to the leasing office which was always closed during the day as they were out on tours. Then while burning hot in an apartment that was 82 degrees, there was an ant invasion that was in my kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and bedroom.

The downstairs neighbor smoked weed and invited... other teens to his place to crash and smoke weed. I could smell it in my apartment and so could my kids who were not even 5 and 7. It was a disgusting time so I broke the lease and moved out within 2 weeks.

RUDE PEOPLE AND MISSING STAFF

There are always children left unsupervised to run up and down the stairs screaming. Since Covid started there is no one in the office to contact. And the "emergency" maintenance phone number no one answers and the mail box is full.

Waste of time

The People in the office only cater to who they want, I was told by one woman they would have availability when I’m ready to move in, came to the office three days later with my last 6 pay slips and all the documents they requested to be told from someone else there’s no availability even the website showed availability. It was waste of my time and money to drive to the office to be disappointed. No one answers the phone or return emails, if they treat people like this how would it be when you... actually move in. Save your money for somewhere else people.

Horrible son of a guns

Like seriously don’t even try. You won’t make it in. We applied for the apartments right? Got in the necessary paperwork and these people like wow unbelievable. Sign says come back at a certain time right? And they just ignore you. Like you come back at the time the signs and they’re just in there ignoring their clients. What is that called? So unprofessional. Like really?! You just want to get the appropriate paperwork necessary and they know you’re there and they pretend you’re not even there.... Wow.
