Their advertisements for over 6 months were very misleading.
Do not rent from Sandpiper Glen. They are very rude on the phone when you try to obtain information about their apartments. They argue that they just opened their office 3 days ago. For over 6 months they have been advertising on their website five (5) different models of two (2) bedroom apartments. Now their website only has one model of two bedroom apartments. The model we wanted which they called 2E disappeared from their website and they argue that it was never there. Implying that I was... lying. We have been patiently waiting for them to open their leasing office as the toll free number in their website would always go to voice mail and said that they would call you back as soon as possible. They never replied to my messages. I tried email several times and you always get the same automatic reply that says that they will call you which never happened.
Also, last week they lowered the maximum income requirement that they had for over 6 months and claim that they did not have any income requirements listed on their website. If they have all these problems before you move there, how difficult will they be when you move there? They should have more professional people answering their phone. AVOID.
