Great apartment, great views around the pond. Friendly and responsive staff, great neighborhood. Well connected to the bus line, and close major wholesale chains walmart publix target etc.

Sea Isle has been an Oasis for me and my wife. Calm, friendly environment, safe, and clean. It’s worth the rent. The staff is vert accessible, professional, and acts with urgency.

Overall the complex is nice. The parking spaces are too small and there aren’t enough of them. Maintenance has been better than it was previously, but the main gate is always broken

Maintenance is hit and miss at times.
We appreciate the work that is completed once done.
We also appreciated not being price gouged when our lease was up this past year. We hope the same will be true this year

Loud and noise neighbors. Small and limited parking spots. Smelly water in unit. Gate is constantly broken. Maintenance takes awhile to get job done. Office hardly answers emails or phone calls. Printer in the clubhouse doesn’t and hasn’t worked since I moved in here.
