This is a great community to live in. Everyone stays to themselves and not a lot of hanging out. The only issue is parking. It's not enough parking spot for all the apartments.

I enjoy living at The beacon at Seminole Lakes. I think Marnie is a wonderful, kind, helpful, accommodating, and very informative property manager. She is always smiling and up beat.

Excelent excelente servicio. Muy bien no tengo quejas de nada. Excelente todo falta seguridad y vigilancia. Todo bien aunque aún falta la lavandería de la parte trasera es de ayuda ya que allí se puede recargar la tarjeta de la lavandería.

Been living here for 2 years and it's ok not bad for the price maybe if it was secured would have make it even better. To me every one respect you onec you stay in your conner and the property manager is good
