Great location, pretty nice apartment
Thes best thing about this apartment is obviously the location. Publix is right there, all the food and shops are right there. One direct road to I4, easy to get downtown or up North depending on where you work.
The shared facilities are good. Well equipped gym. Pool area is okay, but all of the seating is clearly picked because it looks cool - pretty uncomfortable.
The garage is a madhouse. People whip around blind corners at high speeds. Plus, they must've used chalk to paint the lines for... parking spots. Seriously, the lines are basically invisible and people park crooked as hell on the first few stories.
The units are nice - no real complaints. Good appliances, etc.
They fee you on stuff here. I pay:
-$25 a month for trash valet, which sometimes doesn't even grab my bags (Not heavy or a holiday, so confusing?) about 10% of the time. They only take one broken down box at a time - if you don't break down a box, or put out multiple boxes, tough luck.
~$3.50 trash valet... admin fee? Why not just charge me $28.50 for trash valet? Feels like a bit of a rip off.
~$1 "convenience fee" to pay online each payment
~$2 pest control fee monthly. I did have a brief issue with pests, but they resolved it. Not sure why I'm still being charged.
For comparisons sake, for a 1 bed, I pay about $45 a month in electricity and $20 in sewage/garbage.
