I just moved in a couple of days ago and I feel like I’ve been living here longer. The community is nice. The staff is amazing. I am so glad that out of the many apartments I could’ve chosen. that I chose 10 X.

We've been loving it here for 3 years. The staff are friendly and courteous. Reasonable service calls are answered quickly through the new web portal. The gate has been breaking less and even the pool got some love. Buildings are a bit on the older side but a bit more spacious.

Great place to live for a fair price. Valet trash in convenient, outdoor pool and grilling area is beautiful. Their only setback is the fitness center is lacking.

1 year resident. Apartments are very spacious, appliances are always broken, gates are always broken, parking needs to be assigned if you work a second shift good luck finding parking in front of your assigned building. Maintenance does respond fast to a Maintenance request.
