Coronado Springs Apartments

I've been living in this place for almost a year and I can't wait to get out. roaches are everywhere no matter how you clean, trash smell disgusting and of the biggest problems is parking you will never able to park in front of your door you'll have to drive at least 500 mi aways before you find a spot. Their maintenance sucks, they never able to fix anything and every single thing in the bathrooms has an issue. this place is really horrible place to live and highly overpriced.

This place is not what the pictures show so keep scrolling!! This place was built in 1971 (so they say)and you can most certainly tell. The restrooms have green tile from back in the day. They surface paint the tubs white and counter top black but under all that paint is very old, rusted , molded , deterated compressed wood. They charge so much for such a disgusting looking apartment. Rents way to high and maintence sucks!!! They patch up the walls with newspaper and paint right over it. Rats... issues , roach issues , mold issues even in the pool can you spot mildew. ( google it and you will find an article regarding the rat issues) Palm Springs police know the area very well as there always in here. For hurricane season your on your own. No shutters supplied at all!! But don't dare screw on the walls to put them up either. Parking is a nightmare. Laundry facility's are disgusting with trash all around since the garbage shoots are in the same room and the smell is horrible. Now there charging $15.00 additional to the rent for garbage removal!! The roach problem in these apartments is completely out of control. They supposedly treat every Wednesday (if you request it) but the past control they offer does nothing. It does not matter how clean you keep your home when the garbage room is constantly over flowing with trash, and your neighbors leave garbage everywhere. Unless you want roaches as roommates I would suggest you not sign a lease at AVESTA CORNADO SPRINGS
