I moved into a one-bedroom apartment at Spyglass Apartments soon after Hurricane Michael, almost 4 years ago. It was a safe haven for me. I enjoyed living beside the beach and going for walks every evening. My neighbors were friendly and invited me to cookouts in the courtyard. My landlord was responsive and kept the apartment in good condition. I feel grateful that I found this apartment when I did. It will always be a special place for me. Now my family is expanding, and I am in the process of... moving into a two-bedroom apartment at Spyglass Apartments. I am excited to stay and continue making memories here. It feels like I’m nestled into my own little corner of the town right beside the Gulf. 2018 I lost my beautiful Condo to hurricane Michael. I was basically homeless and staying with friends. Apartments were essentially nonexistent at the time. I was so lucky to find an availability at this apartment complex. It’s steps from the beach, popular restaurants and clubs.
The apartment was clean and recently remodeled. Cute little courtyard and the neighbors were great and are still friends to this day, some are more like family now.
The property owners/managers are awesome people!
I... lived at Spyglass Apartments for 2 year until a private matter came up and I decided to move, I was gone for a year. I missed home so much and decided to move back. I did not want to buy again so I reached out to the Spyglass Apartment management and asked if they had anything available and they did … Yay!
So I’m back home now in a different one of their properties and so very happy. I will never move again and now I can finally kick back and enjoy my retirement.

If you want to walk to the beach, this is it! Walk to restaurants, shops, bars, state park, corner stores, etc! Utility bills are low! Landlords care and are concerned about the community. It's an active area so it's not serenely quiet, but you won't bother other people, either. ;) So happy to have lived there for 3 years!

It may be easy to over look this place with all of the towering condo's around, but I am so glad we found it! These apartments are a quiet pace to come home to and it doesn't hurt to be steps away from the gulf! After being here for a year, I am having to move out of state for family. I could not have asked for a better landlord to work with for both my transitions coming into the state then having to move back out. Great place and great location...Im going to miss it!
