Great community don’t really have any complaints. Front office staff very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I think they can work on are the hallways of the building. Other than that I love it here.

Been living here since 2022. I enjoy my view and the walking path. They do a decent job keeping the property clean. Maintenance is always quick and responsive as well. With that being said, it is very difficult to get in contact with anyone else who works at this property especially via phone or email. The noise here from other renters is getting out of control. Blasting music past 1am. Constant yelling and screaming. Animal poop and urine left in the elevator grass is disgusting. And there is... no need calling their emergency patrol numbers because no one answers or calls back.

The community is nice. The amenities are better than other complexes I have seen. Recently, to aid in the parking problems that was brought to management’s attention, the management company decided to request that tenants pay for parking for themselves and their guests. Each resident is allowed 7 free passes per month after which you are required to pay $5 per pass. I believe there were other ways to have the issue resolved such as assigned parking for residents. The management company could... have reached out to residents and discussed the way forward. Nevertheless, the community is beautiful and serene.

This community is beautiful, peaceful and is ideal for all individuals and families. There are plenty of upgraded amenities to enjoy (gym, resort pool, movie theater, etc.) that can save you money. The apartments are luxury with high quality flooring, appliances and counters. This place is worth the price.
