Hey everyone! My condo is a second floor, private entry, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit in Pompano Beach and I am looking for a tenant. I'm looking to rent it out around Dec 20th (with some flexibility). I'm open to a 7-12 month lease with the... opportunity of extending. The entire unit has recently been renovated and everything is brand new. The unit does not come furnished (I still live there, so the stuff in the pictures will be coming with me unless you have a compelling offer). All appliances, kitchen stools, and the wall mounted TV (the one in the kitchen) will remain (Yes, the tv above the kitchen sink will stay. It's nice, works well, has a firestick, and fits perfectly, so it's yours to use. There is a screened in balcony with an outdoor closet with shelving. The air conditioner is brand new and operates on a smart thermostat. Laundry is coin operated ($1.25) and in a separate room attached to the building. Each unit gets two parking spots and there are lots of guest spots around the complex. The clubhouse has a heated pool and jacuzzi. I'm right at the corner of the new construction of Old Town Pompano (come see for yourself it's really nice) Old Town Untapped is a really cool outdoor event they throw every first Friday of every month with live music, food, vendors, and art work (all just a 2 minute walk down the road). It takes about 5 minutes to get on 95 and about 7 to get to the beach. Electricity is the only utility you'll need to pay. My place has been cared for meticulously and I'm looking for a good renter.
