Nice but not worth the price
I had lived there for a few years but recently moved when the rent was jacked up almost $200. New owners think they have gold. The apartments are great. Nice size. Office manager and maintenance are excellent. For the amount they want its not worth it. There is no courtyard...no pool, no play area, nothing. Laundry room has 4 washers and dryers for all to use. I moved into a bigger apartment with a playground pool and picnic area for less than what they want. New owner needs a wake up call..... .want big money have something to offer. Oh and you pay water and electric! NOT WORTH it!!

Blast From The Past
My apartment just flat out sucks for the price I am paying for it. The outlets are out dated, everything seems mushed together and I feel I am paying a bit much for something that seems so old.

Lots of Good and a little bad.
My apartment has huge bedrooms, stays clean, and has no bugs. The apartment itself is great. They send staff to keep everything up. Its pretty quiet, and gets cold fast with out a high energy bill. I'd say the only problem with the whole place is some of the residents. Most of the renters are 50 and up. Which is great, it's peaceful, but thier are a few younger couples with loud music and a lot of traffic. They stand outside and speak vulgar language and take part in illegal activities. If they... can get rid of those select few, these are the perfect apartments for those looking for a peaceful simple home.
