You don't wanna live here.
UPDATE/EDIT July 2024: My ac broke a while ago, it took them 5 months to fix it. I have a paper trail of emails to prove it. One kind lady actually printed out proof of the request for me. Recently it has broke again, I have been trying to get them to fix it for three months now this time. I asked one of the staff members why it was taking so long and she told me a completely different story from a maintenance man who works here. They'll tell you any excuse to get you away. Sometimes getting... defensive and passive aggressive. There are a few nicer staff members who seem to care but no matter how nice they are my apartment still isn't getting fixed. Im sure the staff members are working with a limited budget but if they want people to stay and pay, they gotta invest in the well-being of people here. Every night I sleep in 80-82 degrees. I wake up in a pool of sweat. I cannot stress this enough. It is affordable but it is not worth it.
Original review November 2023: It is hard to get the staff here to do anything. I've had a leak for many months with emails dating back to when it started and dated pictures/videos documenting the leak. I went in to put a request in (I've lost count of how many I've put it in.) The next day I went to check on the request and apparently it wasn't in their system at all. The woman who put it in said she "forgot" I've also had this happen multiple times as I'll put a request in one day, check on it the next and they tell me there's nothing in the system. To manage this leak I've had to wash a load of towels every day to keep up, sometimes twice a day. Now my dryer has broken from excessive overuse, (a dryer we just bought upon moving in and won't be reimbursed by them) I can't dry towels to soak up the water so my kitchen floor is soaked and developing mold. It's also made the affordable cost of living here alot more expensive as my electric bills are way higher and detergent needs to be bought almost weekly. Roaches also will be living in your home in any apartment, no matter how clean you are, they come in through the outlets and walls. Don't get attracted by the price, lookout for your well-being, move somewhere else.
