LONG-TERM AVAILABILITY starts June 1, 2025 for a negotiable 6-month minimum stay or up to 3 months. Tenant pays utilities including, electric, internet (if needed), water, sewer, trash and must maintain small yard. Owner pays pool/hot tub maintenance and streaming TV services. Free street parking on either side. There's a non-refundable pet fee of $300 - small to medium sized dogs only, no other animals. No smoking or vaping inside the property. We require an application with credit and background checks. Acceptable strong credit report with a clean history, no late payments, derogatory marks, collections or bankruptcies.

Inside - You will find modern conveniences and comforts with a bright & cozy boho vibe. Stainless steel appliances, modern kitchen with custom bench seating, center island, cedar wood plank ceiling throughout, carpeted primary bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom/laundry and second bedroom with queen bed and TV. There is a dedicated work space in the third bedroom with a full-sized pull out sofa bed. The L-shaped house has a great layout as the primary bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms by the kitchen and living room. Newly installed upgraded ceiling fans/lights.

Outside - Additional covered bar and grill area (gas and charcoal option included) with TV, mini fridge, string lights and seating as well as a 6-foot privacy fence with gate. Beautiful new palm trees and plants near the hot tub add privacy for that relaxed tropical Florida feel. The pool is not heated but can be kept warm during the cooler months with the portable solar cover which is easily rolled up when not in use. Two beach bikes (cruisers) with tire pump, cornhole and some beach items are included at no extra cost. The back patio includes a large TV, string lights, mini tiki torches, ample seating and a built-in cooler table. Fun fact, this home is so cool it was used in a movie! We know you'll love it too.
