Bad rats I had no A/C my sink was broke for 2 months my air was broke for 4 months and I was told they would come and fix it and they never fix nothing the rats was so bad I can hear the rats in the walls I had mold in my living room run ! Don’t live here !

Pools have been broken for 4 years no amenities whatsoever and rent continues to increase. Maintenance is a joke useless putting request in to fix anything. The property is disgusting on a daily. Considering moving into one bedroom just to get out of this hell hole.

Pools are broken, and dirty for last 2 years. No laundry machines are working at times. office is impossible to reach, and maintenance takes days to respond.

Trash all over the parking lot. Trash in front of your doors office doesn’t respond to your maintenance request swimming pool hasn’t worked in two years since Covid. None of the amenities work laundry facilities are always dirty. Always want their rent paid on time, but never take care of any of the issues that you have And everybody smokes weed and their apartments which come through your vents and the management company doesn’t do anything about it
