Claims to be nice but is disgusting and controlling

They will tell you how high end everything is then when you move in you’ll see how trashy it is. Trash overflowing always, people blasting music all night, then when you want to use your own ELECTRIC grill that is safe they make massive deal out of it and only allow the rusted grills on property to be used. Which are a health Hazard and not safe as a trash can and shrubs are all working 1 to 2 feet and can’t catch fire from charcoal. Avoid this place at all costs. I will not be renewing!

Don’t do it!

Parking is horrible.I have to park by dumpster after work and walk half way across complex. Property manager claims there is security on weekends, I have only seen a guy on a golf cart once in a year. People do not pick up after their pets. Walking to pool smells like the dog crap since piles are left along sidewalks. I do NOT recommend living on the first floor, since the upstairs neighbors can be as inconsiderate and loud as they want and management indicates that it’s their right. Many new… beautiful places being built in the area for less rent. This place looks nice from the outside during the afternoon til your first night stay. I recommend checking apartments in the evening to see what you will be coming home to before signing lease agreements.

Lovely Tee!

My move in was a breeze thanks to Tee! I found my first and perfect apartment. Parking is always available, and the area is beautiful!

I’m a current tenant and I have been unhappy since the first week I moved in. The parking is horrible I’m a prisoner in my apartment because I leave to run errands and when I return I park on the other side of the complex. Some neighbors are unruly and loud. Tenants have more than one car and never move them. Random people also have parked their cars for weeks at a time.
