Quality and Amenities on the Decline: A Community Overview

I feel compelled to share my experience at Novel Parkway, as my initial enthusiasm has turned into serious concern. When I first moved in, I was captivated by the community's charm and amenities. I was even willing to stretch my budget to live here, believing it would feel like a resort. Unfortunately, that perception has changed.

Over the past few months, I have witnessed a gradual decline in the quality of the community. The dog park has become an unsightly mess, with dog waste left...
unaddressed and rules seemingly unenforced. The single grill available for resident use has broken down, and rather than investing in repairs, management appears more interested in superficial enhancements like murals that offer little benefit to residents.

Additionally, a newly added grill is rarely cleaned, raising concerns about food safety. The cabana screens are often inoperable, and the Wi-Fi is so unreliable that my devices struggle to connect, even when I'm right next to the router.

While I appreciate the occasional social events, they have been frequently canceled or altered without clear communication. The promise of amenities, such as complimentary beer for residents, feels hollow when genuine issues arise, like noise disturbances or problems with package security. Our Butterfly system, which has allowed non-residents access for weeks due to ongoing issues, poses a significant liability for our community.

Most troubling is the apparent lack of empathy from the staff. While I commend the maintenance team for their outstanding service—always friendly and knowledgeable—the overall experience has been disappointing.

If the conditions at Novel Parkway do not improve, I will have to reconsider my lease renewal. I sincerely hope to see a return to the high standards that initially attracted me to this community.
