It’s very cozy. Very pet friendly. There are a lot of ducks to watch walk around. Great amenities, we love the pool and the gym. The little pond area is also cute.

My experience at sanford landing hasn’t been the best but definitely not the worst! There is always room for improvement, whether that’s the leasing agents customer service or the maintenance in our homes.
