We have decided to rent our lovely Sarasota home for the winter. We are offering 3 months @ $2,500 per month (Dec., Jan., Feb.) We can customize a lease for you. You decide how long you want to rent and whether you want it furnished or not and what... extras to include.

We can also include a utilities package if you don't want to have to open up utility accounts for a short stay.

Basic rent, unfurnished, on a month to month basis, is $2,750- cheaper than a hotel for the month! Furnished is $3,250 and with utilities is the added actual bill.
(Per month, add $50 if you want fiber internet, $100 if you want lawn service, and/or $100 if you want pest control service).

So imagine splittin that with 2 ($1375) or 3 ($917) people - super affordable!

Security deposit is $3,500.
