Marigot Bay

We lived here from May 2017 until March 2018. Other reviews have stated how nice the staff is and I somewhat concur. However, new corporate ownership have either misinformed or neglected to keep staff up to date on policies. Was told we would receive a credit for handing in keys earlier than the lease states so that new occupants could move in quicker. Of course, no credit was given. Spa and grills, which are prominently shown on website, only functioned around 50% of the time we lived there.... Noisy neighbors and random people from the neighborhood in the pool were other things that go unresolved eventhough they were reported. There are better options! Read More

After three years living at Marigot Bay it is my time to move on and what a great experience I had while calling Marigot Bay home. Jessica and Bernie are attentive, kind and fun people that are eager to please. They are such a great team! The entire staff have always been courteous and helpful. They strive to ensure that any request is handled in a timely manner and done right the first time. This is a wonderful apartment complex -- bright, well-maintained, excellent facilities, beautiful apartments. They continually upgrade the amenities on the property. I couldn't ask for a better place to live.

I have lived here for going on 5 years. It has changed managing company once, thankfully they kept Bernice (Bernie) and the maintenance, housekeeping. It is a diverse apartment community that accepts most pets. Spacious apartments, wonderful people, well kept grounds and location have kept me here despite the rent increases that have plagued the Sarasota area.
