Please limit all sound levels between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM and loud music, both indoor and outdoor, between 7 PM and 7 AM. If maintenance is called to the home to clear clogs or items from drains, you may be financially responsible for any potential damages to the rental. The property is equipped with 'Nest' outdoor cameras or doorbells that record at all times, especially during your stay and overlook the listing's exterior only. There may also be a 'MINUT' sound level measuring device that will automatically alert management in the event of loud music or ambient volume after quiet hours. If removed from its mounting plate or shut off, guests will be charged for a team member to come to the home to reattach the device and turn it back on. Your privacy is extremely important and you are not being actively monitored.
