For move in: First & last month's rent, security deposit, a background/credit check, and a move-out cleaning fee are required at lease signing.
Short-term rental rates are: (all utilities, lawn and pool care and pest control included)
- $9,750 per month from January to April
- $7,500 in May
- $9,000 per month in June, July, and December
- $7,000 per month from August to November
Note: Rentals six months or less require a 13% Florida tourist tax.
