Next time when you do an event please follow the times you publish! Breakfast states in the email that starts today at 8:30am and I was there when the person in the office told me it will be there at 9:00am. That’s disrespectful with peoples time…

She also didn’t even say hi or good morning when I got there at 8:26am and wanted a coffee pod, she straight said “we are still closed”. I barely participate of any community event and this is why!

The community experience has been good. The standout really of this place is the office. I’ve never had any issues with things not being addressed.

I have a neighbor above me that get up every night at 11 pm and turns on music, slams doors and stomps all night. This has been going for over 9 months now. I have repeatedly complained to your office, called the police and gave a bad review on Google.
When the manager finally asked the tenant about it she denied it. Her boyfriend is the one making the noise and is not on the lease. No other follow up was ever done by the manager. Telling me if you have a problem call the cops! I’m not getting... involved. Very frustrating!

Management is great and helpful! Things get done pretty quickly when needed. Elaine Nicki and Allie are wonderful assets to this company. The pool is beautiful and well kept!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartments have lots of upgrades and are very well maintained. It is a short distance from the beach and downtown Stuart. Overall a great value for a great location
