Circle Sunrise Apartments

I recently went into the office to ask if what they had available. The women at the desk gave me such an attitude. She wouldn’t even look at me or say hello thank you nothing. She handed me paperwork and again without even looking at me says, while rolling her eyes, “you’ll have to make an appointment online”. Zero customer service skills and made me and my kids feel so uncomfortable. Definitely don’t want to come back to make an appointment.

The lawn is overgrown and management refuses to cut the lawn. The community have over 60 complaints on the City of Lauderhill Code Enforcement site. Only 1 pool is working. The gym is a storage space for appliances and remains closed at all times.

Not worth the money, trust me move somewhere else. You will regret moving here.

The new management at this property is terrible. The property manager does not communicate properly nor does she know how to listen. It’s sad to see this community go downhill since last management was here.

The management is professional and courteous! The maintenance team gets things done quickly! It's in a great location!
