Landing

I’ve been staying here for 2 years. They are a very good place to live . Maintenance is always handy. Always fun things to win and be apart of a community. They also help us know how to save on utilities during warm months.

The rooms here are very spacious and practical. The location of the apartment is also very convenient to most stores you’d need. Would recommend for a student of any school in Tallahassee.

Don’t live here right now

The new office manager is not respectful and doesn’t care about her residences. If you resent her in anyway she tried abuse her power and charge people for unnecessary reasons. Don’t have a issue with your unit and have a problem she will argue with you and claim it’s your fault. Example my i address to her my my concern about two leaks in the apartment and she sent the maintenance guy in there. They said that there was nothing wrong after the maintenance guy went to evaluate. Now the first leak... was the dishwasher in the sink. Their result was do not put food down the drain. He said that is the reason why water was backed up from the dishwasher because of food being thrown down the drain. The granite and we took them up on that offer because we have one roommate that was putting food down the drain but we explain to him that you cannot do that. So he thought that this would fix the problem but the problem continuously happened. when they told us that the leakage was coming from strictly the dishwasher because somebody used the dishwasher and didn’t finish. Who would’ve believe them but the only problem is nobody uses the dishwasher everybody and washes the dishes because we came from household where we were required to wash dishes with our hands. The only thing that we do with the dishwasher is put dishes in there and storage. so then I came back and told us that from now on every week we need to at least run one load through the dishwasher so that it won’t continuously be bagged up. I Find My kind of odd because you shouldn’t have to use something for it to continuously stay fixed but I’m not a maintenance guy I’ve never worked for the company. The second leak was coming from the washing machine I even showed them a video. In this video there was water all over the floor in the kitchen area. the maintenance came to fix it . A couple of days later we had another leak and it also was reported. The regional manager for the collier company Came to address the leak herself after I explain to her the situation. She came back and said that there was nothing wrong with dishwasher nor the washing machine and that everything was fine. While I’m at work I got a phone call saying that thee is it’s coming from yet again the washing machine this time the water was so bad that it flooded the whole entire house It. So instead of fixing the issue they come handing notices of other issues that are going on in the apartment that has nothing to do with this leakage.
