request abnormal amount of bank information. no housing company ever should request for your life statements.

Too much information requested outside the standard normal procedures. Waste of $25

DO NOT MOVE HERE.

As a current tenant, the leasing office is the poorest management team I have ever experienced. I don't write reviews in general because they usually seem very one sided and doesn't provide much context. So I'll give you some context and leave questions for you to ask yourself if you would put up with this. Would you put up with NO AC for a month and half with no communication from the leasing office as to when or if they will fix it? Would you put up with a leak from the upstairs apartment (no... one lives there) leaking into your apartment and no one fixing the issue? Would you put up with multiple request, voicemails unanswered, multiple visits, documented emails to the leasing office and management team with no answers? A 24hr emergency phone # that only work from 12pm to 3pm everyday? If you are ok with that, move here. It would be perfect for you. There are multiple other things, I won't discuss here because I'm currently waiting for my lease to be done so I can move out.
