For me this place is excellent because it has beautiful views, it is very quiet, it gives me peace and I can rest! The staff is friendly and some very attentive with the need for tenants. I have lived at this property for several years and I absolutely love it here. The apartments have gone through a lot of change in the last few years and it's only for the better. I used to live in one the apartments that was old and then moved to one that has the new appliances, nice cabinets, and counters, the new one is so much better. The people that work in the office have been very helpful anytime I needed them. The latest manager, Darcie really cares about the property and it shows when... you talk to her. The guys that fix things have been always nice and prompt. If someone has issues like they put on here I don't think they are trying to talk to the office because I haven't had any of those problems. I’ve been living here for just about 3 years and I’m so happy to finally be leaving. Management is awful, they don’t answer the phone EVER and are always short staffed. I’ve had BED BUGS, termites, broken toilet/sink/cabinets you name it. Do yourself
