The Apartment complex is great, some minor improvements need to be made but honestly I never wanted to move out of here after I moved in. It’s about the community you’re in and this community is great all around, great neighborhood and neighbors.

It’s been great living here, I’ve been here for about 3 years and I love it. The staff and maintenance are great and attentive. The property is neatly maintained and I love all the event hosted by the leasing office!

Love staying here! The neighborhood is kept up staff are nice and very attentive. I just renewed my lease and I'm going to renew again my apartment is spacious and has everything I need for my family!

We're very pleased with our choice to become residents here at Lakeview, everything went smoothly and the property is very well maintained. Having a Lakeview place was a very pleasant surprise.

The property's maintenance has shown significant improvement in several areas. The barbecue area, which was previously unusable for months, has been fully restored. Similarly, the pool has reopened after being closed for several weeks, and the theater has been successfully renovated and is now operational.
However, some concerns remain. The gym continues to suffer from inadequate maintenance, with multiple pieces of equipment missing or unusable due to damage. Additionally, the barbecue area... reservation fee has increased, from $75 to $100 per day. It is an unjustified increase.
Several key areas lack surveillance cameras, which could enhance overall safety and monitoring capabilities.
