Worst management and misleading practices
I applied for a 2×2 apartment at the advertised price and toured the unit twice. After submitting my application and paying the deposit in good faith, management canceled the application without even reviewing it and did not honor the advertised rate. The regional manager did not communicate within the timeline she initially promised. The way this situation unfolded gives the impression that terms were changed after receiving a commitment.
The office is extremely difficult to reach — we have... called more than four times with no response. This lack of communication, combined with the cancellation, shows a clear disregard for potential tenants’ time, money trust, and good faith.
This entire experience caused significant stress, wasted time, and unnecessary financial hassle. Prospective renters should proceed with caution — advertised rates, timelines, and promises are not be reliable, and relying on them could result in frustration, lost time, and money.
